7-17yrs Learn the excitement of riding a BMX track
Younger riders by arrangement (contact Graham MacNamee).
(Young Volunteers CAYV are welcome to assist and log your hours)
Coaches are welcome to attend for CPD
Meet at 10 am at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit ride to Lake Farm along the canal. Mountain bikes available to loan.  At Lake farm, BMX bikes available to loan, return along the canal to Hillingdon Cycle Circuit to end session at  2 pm

Cost pre registry – £9.00 + Fee
Pay on the day £13.00

You can join British Cycling here https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/membership 
Note - U16s who have joined a Go-Ride Club get free Silver BC membership
MTBs and helmets available on loan or bring own bike.
Bring packed lunch, snacks and drinks.

Dress for the weather.
 
Please bring a completed parental consent form on the day. Attached to download or forms available on the day.
