Road cluster session

Go-Ride , Paignton – Sunday, 15 Jan 2017

Event Summary

Event Overview

This session is for members of Go Ride clubs in the South West region. 4 hour road coaching session for ages 10-16, The idea behind this session is to gather riders from across the South West so we can run sessions with large numbers, allowing us to really concentrate on group riding skills and race led coaching with the riders in more specific age groups than what they might have in their club coaching sessions.

This will allow us to push the riders more and have them riding in large groups of similar ability. We will be focusing on the skills needed to race with race drills and group riding drills. We will also ensure the older riders get a good workout at the same time too.

These sessions are dependent on YOU the riders attending the more riders we have the better the session. So what are you waiting for! Sign up!!

IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED THE PREVIOUS SESSION AND WAS MOVED INTO A DIFFERENT GROUP THEN PLEASE BOOK FOR THAT GROUP AGAIN.

Also any club coaches from around the region wanting to attend and help out then please drop me an email.
