The Deri Dash Hill Climb 2016

Time Trial , Abergavenny – Saturday, 10 Sep 2016

Event Summary

Event Overview

What started as a trial event in 2012, returns for a fifth year and whether you are a serious competitor or someone just wanting to take part, this event will appeal to you.

After the short steep start the slope gradually eases to around 5%, before rounding the bend and reaching gradients of up to 19% just before the finish.  As the road is closed the event is open to all age groups.

Even if you do not want to compete, then this really is event worth watching as the atmosphere generated by the many spectators really make the evening something special.

If you do come along make sure you don't come with empty pockets, as all proceeds of this event go to local charities..
