Event Overview
Starting from the beautiful Marbury Country Park close to the pretty Cheshire town of Northwich four rides will take in the beauty of the mid Cheshire countryside.
The five mile family ride leaves the festival village in the parkland and takes an interesting route around Northwich Community Woodlands for a fun and easily achievable ride for all the family. Suitable for all.
New for 2016 is a lovely 20 mile road ride loop of the quiet Cheshire lanes north of Northwich. We're hoping this route will include an exciting activity too, more details to come!
The Salt Towns Shaker sportives will take in the historic salt towns of Northwich, Middlewich and Winsford via pretty lanes and villages and easy communting routes with two 'Grub Hubs' along the way.
The 35-mile route is mainly flat and perfect for occasional cyclist who wants to stretch their legs while the 80-mile ride heads into the wilds of Beeston and the Sandstone Ridge taking in some tough climbs to test the legs too.
All riders will receive a goody bag at the finish in the Pedal Power Festival where there will be fun, food and cycling based stalls and activities.
