The sessions will include activities on and off the bike to underpin physical challenge with knowledge and understanding and will be designed to form an intense part of a structured week of training.

Info for Riders

Session Details: • Weekly from 30th March through to the end of September • Maindy Cycle Track, Crown Way Cardiff CF14 3AJ • Youth A and Youth B • £5 per session to be booked and paid for online prior to the session These sessions will be run every Wednesday evening at Maindy Centre from the 30th March 2016 through to the end of August. You must book online before attending as places are limited. A completed Parental consent form should be brought to the first session Riders will need: • A clean in road bike good working order (or cross bike with road tyres is fine) • Helmet • Gloves • Clothing appropriate to weather conditions • Spare inner tubes x 2 • Tyre levers • Pump • Enough food and drink to last the whole session and the journey home • To be prepared for a progressively challenging session!
