Cycling College Sessions – prepare for the new season

We are running a series of Cycling College 3 hr long training sessions this winter/spring to help you get ready for the new season.

They will all be high quality/high intensity sessions combining riders from the Eastern and South Eastern regions. We are intending to attract a large number of riders so we can work on skills and tactics from a fairly big bunch. As usual the sessions are open to Juniors and Youth riders. Older riders aged Under 23 are welcome too. We will work on the advanced skills you will need for racing on the open road and look at team work and tactics

We are intending to book on some expert riders to help with these sessions.
