About the Event

Info for Riders

Sign on time 12.30-12.50pm. Start time 1pm. Hillingdon Slipstreamers are hosting an afternoon of Cross Country racing for riders looking for an introduction into racing. The races will use a suitable off-road and non-technical circuit intended to be challenging and fun. Entrants should bring along their own mountain bike that must be in a good working order, suitable clothing including gloves and a suitable safety helmet. Parental consent must be given before any child races. The 10 and under category will race for about 20 min on a short course, and the 11 and older category will be racing for about 30 min on a longer course. No racing license or British Cycling membership is required. Refreshments in the club house will be available. Prizes to be won, and a certificate of completion presented to all riders.
