Event Overview

This is a 2 day Cyclo Cross Coaching programme teaching basic- advanced skills coached by British Cyclings regional coach and for kids aged 8 -16. The programme will aim to improve the riders skill levels in order to make them better racers. Skills covered will be cornering, climbing, descending, bunny hops, shouldering the bike, running dismount and remount and many more.

The programme is held over 2 days and run from 10.30am-3.00pm all children attending will need to have a reasonable level of fitness. They will also need a helmet, gloves, water, lunch and snacks as well as a cyclo cross bike or mountain bike in good working order. Anyone with a bike considered unsafe will not be allowed to take part.
