These sessions are for senior riders (minimum age 16).


Riders must be members of a Birtish Cycling and of a British Cycling club. 

Riders will be split into 2 or 3 groups dependent on ability. We are able to cater for first time track riders, as well as experienced, racing level riders.

As well as general track exercises, the advanced group will be working on Keirin drills.
