This is the inaugural year of the Matterley Burner, and we want to make this an event to remember!

This event will be offering 3 race durations with the emphasis on a shorter endurance event and as such we will offer you a choice of 1Hour, 2Hour or the full 4Hours

Don’t think this is an easy race, with around 180 feet of climbing per lap it should be a challenge for most, but we will be giving you all of the best bits from the Southern XC in 2013 plus some new treats for you, so we hope you offer you an event to remember.

This event will also include BC-Ranking races (MTB Regional C)

Riders also have the option of entering the 4 hour pairs categories, where both riders are on course for the duration of the race and position is calculated when both riders have crossed the line (ala Cape Epic). This means real teamwork is required to get a result! (NB The entry price is per rider - you will be asked the name of your pairs partner, so that we can match them up on the timing system)
