EVENT POSTPONED FROM 1ST FEBRUARY TO 1ST MARCH.
VCLE offers two Reliability rides on the first Sunday in February each year.
The first 20 miles of this long standing 70 mile ride to Ashbourne in Derbyshire is predominantly flat. After the climb out of Asbourne the route includes the classic Peak District climb of Longcliffe before descending the renowned via Gellia to Cromford. The return leg includes the climb of Red Lane to Holbrooke and the final climb of Sandy Lane to Morley Smithy.
The shorter 39 mile route traces the longer route out to historic Tutbury where it turns for Rolleston on Dove and Strettton before retracing the route back to Sawley.
