Trek Coed y Brenin Enduro

Offroad Endurance , Dolgellau – Sunday, 05 Oct 2014

Event Summary

Event Overview

The Coed Y Brenin Enduro is a non-competitive 2 route endurance MTB event, based in and around the stunning Coed Y Brenin forest park in Gwynedd, North Wales. The Forest visitor centre, with its great cafe, bike shop and trail new running store provide a perfect event HQ, with the ridge of Cader Idris as a stunning backdrop

We have developed enjoyable and challenging routes, taking in country lanes, ancient drovers roads, miners paths and of course some of Coed y Brenin’s World renowned technical single track. There are free food and water stations and the route is clearly way-marked with warning notices posted at the tricky bits. We have radio linked marshals and recovery vehicles for bikes and riders if needed. If you can ride 25 km off road, and handle some Coed y Brenin single track you can have a go at this event.

The main adult event is on Sunday 5th October, starting at 10am. On Saturday the 4th the event HQ, Coed Y Brenin visitor centre, will host bike demos, and the Nippers 'n Rippers kids event.
