Event Overview

Welsh Cycling will be delivering a go-ride track attack programme for all youth riders aged over 10 years old looking to get a first taste of Track cycling. The session is open to all young riders who have a British cycling membership.

The session is suitable for any young rider looking to get a first experience of track cycling or for those looking to gain experience of ridding on the indoor velodrome & therefore gain the required experience to take part in other Welsh Cycling Sessions and Racing events.

Info for Riders

Riders must bring gloves and helmet. Entry does not include bike hire which can be arranged on the day with Newport Velodrome for around £5. Riders are welcome to bring your own track bike to the session but please ensure you are not ridding SPD off-road pedals as these are not permitted on the track.
