Event Overview

These sessions are aimed at improving your road race skills and will include bunch riding skills, cornering, sprinting, changing, race tactics and more. The sessions shall consist of a mixture of skill tuition, mock racing scenarios, racing and  good old physical exertion. Come expecting a good workout as well as hopefully improving your riding skills. The sessions shall be run by British Cycling's regional coach and are for women and girls aged 14+.

It costs £30 to sign up for 4 coaching sessions and the 5th will be for free but will consist mainly of racing.The five dates are as follows July 22nd,29th, August 12th,19th, September 2nd. Sessions start at 6.15pm and go on till 7.45pm
