Velo Sportive present the inaugural cyclo sportive "Etape Trossachs"

Date: 14th September 2014

Etape Trossachs invite you to tke part in one of the most challenging Sportive's in Scotland with the choice of three fantastic routes.

168km, 118km or 72km of stunning riding on beautiful route over the best climbs in Central Scotland. Including the 'Dukes Pass', the 'Crows Road' and the infamous 'Tak Ma Doon'.

The Grand route will take a double assent over the 'Dukes Pass' something we wanted to introduce in this classic Sportive Event on our first year.

Our marshalled and fully supported routing offers a fantastic challenge with unrivalled scenery on what will be new roads to most. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a newcomer looking for your first sportive, this event will have something for you.

Venue HQ: Fintry Sports & Recreation Club, Kippen Road, Fintry, G63 0YA Registration: Saturday before the event (13th September 12pm – 5pm) and also on the morning of the event (6.30am – 8.30am). Start Times: between 8:00am and 9:00am The event is a cyclo sportive for both experienced and developing amateur cyclists: Cost: £35.00 What you get for your entry fee: Choice of three routes with comprehensive signage Finishers medal Technical support Feed and water stations along the routes Broom wagon, First aid and emergency service available Changing & Shower facilities The minimum age for entry is 16 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 must have had a consent form completed by their parent or guardian.
