Event Overview

The Emphasis on the races is "fun" and as a result there will only be Kudos given out for the usual racing snakes placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd etc but there will be spot "comedy" prizes sponsored by 'The Bike Yard' throughout the categories for other finishers. The top placed riders throughout the series will not only pick up Kudos points but will be acknowledged at the club social at the end of the summer so remember to spin to win!

About the Event

Info for Riders

All races are held on a Sunday Evening at 6.30pm. Sign on open from 5pm and course practice. The Race format is 3 Laps around the 2mile off road course. Both Single and Relay team entries are welcome. The course contains ascents, descents, single track and is both great fun and challenging! The course will be changed throughout the summer to keep you on your pedals! Info for Riders: Club membership discount is available for race entry fees. When signing on You MUST show your VALID RLSCC membership card. No MEMBERSHIP card will result in full race entry being paid. Wearing a club shirt does not count! Check out the club website for membership details. Solo entries - must complete 3 laps of the course Relay entries will be 2/3 man teams and each rider on the team must complete a lap of the course. Senior, Veteran, Relay, Junior/Female Catergories Relay Entrants must all complete 1 lap Sign on/practise after 5pm for main race, course closes at 6pm, races start at 6.30pm.
