Event Summary

Event Overview

Like its sister event, the Spring Skylark, this Sportive gives you the thrill of two monster Tour de France 2014 climbs, but otherwise keeps to the quiet upland lanes that thread through the upland landscapes of the South Pennines. This is a ride of high moorland edges, stone-built hamlets, weavers’ cottages, challenging climbs and descents. All-in-all, it's a thorough introduction to the UK’s most fashionable cycling region.
