Event Summary
Event Overview
In 2010 the first Clives Cumbrian Way was ran by a group of members belonging to the Honiter Honister 92 road club. The aim was to create a two day ride that would put the emphasis on group riding, whilst covering one of Britain's largest and scenic counties. "We spotted a niche in the sportive market, to create a challenge ride that eliminates the competitive element, and focuses on the traditional reliability style system, where group selection will ensure everyone is equally happy with the pace, and yet challenged enough throughout the weekends 276miles."
If you enjoy sportives, sportive's Sunday club runs, and long summer days out on the bike with friends, this is the event for you. The camaraderie, friendliness and euphoric accomplishment is guaranteed. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy our small friendly and fully supported event. We are limited to 78 riders so don't ponder to long, see Event for more details.
