Timings - 10am until 2pm. These summer sessions will be a mix of road-racing skills and mountain-bike skills, though the sessions will all take place on the road circuit. Riders are invited to bring their own bikes though some MTB's and crossbikes will be available on the day. Remember that it is summer so bring plenty of fluid, food, sun cream, glasses and anything else you may need.
