Event Overview

This event is open to women over the age of 18, it will develop each beginner MTB rider to a standard where they can feel comfortable riding the trails in Clayton Vale MTB Centre.

Each session is limited to 8 places, making sure each rider can take home something new from the session. Bikes and helmets can be supplied on request.

Each week we will look at two techniques and apply them to the skills area in the MTB Centre, these techniques will include braking, standing out of the saddle, weight shift, climbing, descending, cornering and many more.

If you would like more information regarding the sessions you should contact Joe Malik, British Cycling Go-Ride Coach, on 07534281259 or joemalik@britishcycling.org.uk
