Info for Riders

These sessions are open to riders who have or want to enter regional racing in the 2014 season and born between the years of 1990-2001. These sessions will have a primary fitness focus for the evening and will culminate in progressive training exercises driven by challenging the physical and technical needs of Youth A and Junior racing cyclists. Each online entry is capped to 50 riders, will open the morning after the last session and will be closed at 12am on the day of the session to maintain rider safety.
