As a part of the Bournemouth Wheels Festival a number of cycling events are taking place on Monday 26 May 2014.

- The Wheels Relay Challenge is open to teams of 4 riders – see information for riders for more details.

- The Wheels Criterium is open to E123 category riders.  A total prize fund of £2,000 will be on offer for the event which should attract a high quality field.

About the Event

Info for Riders

Bournemouth Wheels is a weekend long festival that incorporates a number of cycling events on Monday 26th May 2014. Wheels Relay Challenge To enter the Relay Challenge please contact Dominique.Betts@Bournemouth.gov.uk. Entry is now free of charge thanks to support from Getting About. Starting at 19.40 this event provides a unique opportunity to go head to head on a specially designed closed town centre circuit. The first full relay team to cross the line will be declared the winners. Teams must have four riders aged 18 and over and should be of mixed gender. Entry includes the entry fee, t-shirt and race numbers. Wheels Criterium Starting at 20:25, the Wheels Criterium is open to the following riders: - Senior male Elite, 1, 2 & 3 cat riders - Final year Junior male 1, 2 & 3 cat riders - Senior female Elite, 1 & 2 cat riders Entries for the Criterium close on Friday May 16th.
