A range of activities take place at the disability hub in Manchester, which primarily uses the Tameside Road Circuit and the National Cycling Centre as a base.

The sessions are for disabled riders of any ability looking to develop their technique, fitness and confidence – and are the first step for para-cyclists on The Rider Route for the Great Britain Cycling Team.

The Go-Ride team has a number of two-wheeled bikes, hand cycles and tandems for participants to use, or riders can use their own equipment. To reserve a bike it is important for riders to pre-book onto sessions and email the leading coach. This can be done from the individual event listing page (see session button above and contact details for the HSBC UK Go-Ride coach).
