About our club
We support any cycling activity that our members wish to take part in, from commuting to touring / social riding and racing (time trials and road).
We have a full programme of Club TTs through Spring and Summer, plus three Open TTs and two road races per year, some as part of the Cotswold League (CCRL). Our BC riders (about 25% of the total members) compete in many Open events, mostly in the South West and South Wales. Most Winters we have at least one training camp in Spain, and we occasionally arrange track cycling days. We have race training year-round.
Our year-round Sunday Club social/sporting rides are divided into ability groups covering from 40 - 140 miles per day. We arrange tours, both unsupported and assisted, in UK and France. We have midweek rides one evening a week.
We are represented on the Local Sustainable Transport Fund committee for the county.
