The Project 2018 Road Regional School of Racing (RSR) 2 will take place during May school holidays at Maindy Centre, Cardiff and Marsh Tracks, Rhyl. These RSRs are for male riders only.

A female only RSR will take place on Sunday 9 June at Stourport, combining Wales and West Midlands regions.

Wiggle Project 2018 Road RSR 2 - South Wales (Male only)
Date: Wednesday 29 May 2013
Venue: Maindy Centre, Cardiff
Sign On: 8.30am
Riding: 9.00am - 1.00pm
Workshop: 1.00pm - 2.00pm

The session is open to Youth A and second year Youth B riders, male only, and is limited to Welsh riders only. Road racing skills covered will include echelon riding, riding across to a break and attacking. The session will be coached by Welsh Cycling Wiggle Project 2018 coaches.

Places on the Wiggle Project 2018 Road RSR 2 - South Wales can be booked online. Closing date for places is 12noon on Friday 24 May 2013.

Confirmation of place will be sent to riders on the afternoon of Friday 24 May 2013.

Riding: 12noon - 4.00pm
Workshop: 4.00pm - 5.00pm

 British Cycling Road RSR - Stourport (Female only)

Female Youth A and B riders are invited to attend the British Cycling Road RSR at Stourport on Sunday 9th June 2013.

The British Cycling RSR criteria:

  • Must be a British Cycling member
  • Born 1999, 1998, 1997 or 1996
  • Impressive performances at races
  • Ability to soak up speed and volum of riding at coaching sessions
  • Must have application to tasks and coachability
  • Must be motivated, do you want to be a bike racer?
