A new closed road cycling circuit – the first in South Wales – will open this summer at Pembrey Country Park, further complimenting Carmarthenshire's aspiration to become the cycling hub of Wales.
About the Closed Road Circuit
The purpose-built circuit will be of British cycling standard, and will be the best in Wales – if not the UK – attracting local, regional and national events, races and training camps, in a safe, traffic-free environment. It will support the development of cycling in Carmarthenshire. In addition, when not booked the circuit will be available for the general public to cycle.
To Book
Bookings are now being managed by Pembrey Country Park.
Members of the public are able to access and use the circuit free of charge (subject to the conditions of use) when no bookings have been made to cycle.
