Fancy giving Mountian Biking a go? Then come along to Abergavenny RC's Freaky Friday series this week.
Take a look at this blog article from Cardiff Cycle Workshop, who came along and took part in the series for the first time!
The first of the Freaky Friday Mountain Bike series took place last Friday with nearly 30 riders enjoying the newly created course at Gilwern Outdoor activity centre.
Abergavenny RC had worked hard to cut through head high undergrowth in places and as a result had created a fun but challenging course.
With racing for everyone from Under 8's to Veterans, and refreshments available there was a great atmosphere despite a little rain at times and all the riders left promising to return for the rest of the series.
