The third round of the Revolution Championship takes place this weekend in Manchester. The penultimate round will be crucial as teams race to build points before the final round at the end of the month.

A number of Welsh riders will be racing at Revolution 35 on Saturday. Emily Haycox will get her first Revolution ride for Howies alongside Rebecca Hunt and Ellie Coster, who is currently sitting in 2nd place in the DHL Future Stars Girls competition. Matt Cross, Owen James and Zach May are also riding for Howies, with Matt Cross currently inside the top 10 of the DHL Future Stars Boys competition. Megan Barker will also ride for Rouleur in Manchester.

Team Manager, Kyleigh Manners will provide support for the team this weekend, “At the last round of Revolution Mark Cavendish rode for Howies which was a great experience for the riders; he is an inspiration to all cyclists. I hope the riders will demonstrate what they have learned this weekend.”

Welsh cyclist Jon Mould will continue to ride for Howies in the Championship competition, this time joined by Russell Downing and Adam Duggleby. Luke Rowe will also get his first race for Team Sky on Saturday as he rides for Sky Procycling, adding an extra dynamic to the team competition.

Howies are currently in third position in the Championship standings and also in the DHL Future Stars. We would also like to wish Team Manager Kyleigh Manners Happy Birthday for this weekend!
