Tickets are now on sale for the 2022 Scottish Cycling Awards, which are set to be bigger and better than ever before.
Taking place on Saturday 26th November at Hampden Park, the new look ceremony will see us celebrate a wonderful year for cycling in Scotland. Join us on the night, where you’ll have the chance to rub shoulders with some of the stars of our sport at our Champion’s Drinks Reception, before a three-course meal, after which we’ll crown our award winners and you’ll have the chance to let your hair down on the dance floor. Dress code is formal – kilts and frocks encouraged!
With nine awards, spanning the full spectrum of our sport, there really is something for everyone. From traditional athlete of the year accolades through to volunteer of the year, we want to recognise the great and good of our cycling community, particularly those unsung heroes who give up hundreds of volunteering hours to make our sport happen.
The nine awards will be presented throughout the evening; however, the shortlists will be revealed in advance. Nominations are currently open, closing at midnight on Sunday 23rd, so if you want to see someone you know on the shortlist, or even winning, make sure you submit a nomination by clicking here.
So what are you waiting for – round up your friends and family and get your tickets today, as we bring the whole community back together for the first time in two years.
Tickets are priced at £49 and include a three course meal and welcome drink, served at the Champions Drinks Reception from 6.30pm.
The nine awards being presented on the night are:
Female Athlete of the Year
Male Athlete of the Year
Performance Coach of the Year
Community Coach of the Year
Club of the Year
