An exciting new mountain bike race for school pupils had been launched by West Dunbartonshire Active Schools.

The West Dunbartonshire schools mountain bike competion will take place on 2km of exciting trails around Auchnacraig Woods, Clydebank which feature both woodland paths and some singletrack sections.

The P5-P7 event will take place on Saturday the 7th of November from 9:30-12:00.

The secondary schools competition will take place on Saturday the 14th of November at Balloch Park, with more details on timing and entry to follow.
