Get set for the 2015 Abergavenny Festival of Cycling, Wales' biggest cycling experience for everyone from beginners to elite athletes.

This year, the Abergavenny Festival of Cycling will be as exciting as ever and incorporate not just one but two fantastic town centre championships , the return of the Iron Mountain Sportif, a spectacular road race and much more.

The Festival takes place between 5 - 9 August with a packed scheduled of events for cyclists of all abilities.

The festival kicks off with the first of two town centre races as Chepstow host the British Cycilng Elite Circuit Series on Wednesday 5 August with the Elite Circuit Series travelling to Abergavenny on Friday 7 August supported by youth and traders races.

Thursday 6 August there will be Mountain Bikes on the Tumble Mountain, with led rides organised by M and D Cycles with distances suited for different abilities.

The Iron Mountain Sportive takes centre stage on Saturday. With five different routes and distances to choose from, there is a ride to suit all abilities and enjoy the Monmouthshire countryside. This year there is also the inclusion of the Women's 40 Sportive. Biking in the Bailey will offer an array of activities for the whole family to enjoy from Stunt Riding shows to Go Ride activities from Welsh Cycling.

Saturday evening the Festival Dinner will provide attendees a unique opportunity to hear from British Cycling Technical Director Shane Sutton ahead of Rio 2016.

The Festival concludes with a leg of the British Cycling Elite Road Series around the beautiful countryside of Monmouthshire and, while the riders are out of town, the Para-Grand Prix of Wales within Abergavenny centre.
