David Crowley, Port Talbot Wheelers, was the overall winner at the L'Etape de la Defonce in the Vale of Glamorgan.
With a strong team time trial performance by Port Talbot Wheelers, and coming second on both road stages David Crowley came away with the overall win at the L'Etape de la Defonce. The race began with a 7.1mile team time trial, won by Port Talbot Wheelers. The first road stage on Saturday afternoon was won by Graham Edwards, Bath Cycling Club, with Crowley in second and Vincent Thomas, Forza Cycles Racing Team completing the podium.
The final stage on Sunday was won by Paul Double, Velo Club Venta, with Crowley again in second and Luke Cornish, Cwmcarn Paragon Cycle Club in third.
