Welsh Cycling carry out an equality audit of staff and volunteers every two years. The information will be used for the sole purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of our Equality Policy and to help us work towards achieving equality in all areas of Welsh Cycling's operations.
The information collected is anonymized; you are not required to provide your name and completion of this form is not compulsory. All information provided will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and current GDPR regulations.
