As part of the Welsh Cycling Junior Programme, four female cyclists will travel to The Netherlands to compete in two multi-day stage races in April.

Megan Barker, Emily Nelson, Amy Gornall and Manon Lloyd will compete in the Junior Women's Energiewacht Tour 11 - 13 April 2014 and again in EPZ Omloop van Borsele 25 - 27 April 2014.

Junior Women's Energiewacht 2014 will run alongside the Elite Women's event, opening with a team time trial on Friday, followed by two road stages on Saturday and Sunday.

EPZ Omloop van Borsele covers three stages over the weekend, including a time trial and two road stages.

In 2012, Wales' Elinor Barker claimed the overall prize in EPZ Omloop van Borsele and in 2013 Amy Hill came top of the Genreal Classification in the Energiewacht Tour.
