Welsh Cycling are pleased to announce that Club Development Workshops will be held in North Wales locations in March 2014.
With many clubs across a large geographical area, Welsh Cycling is looking to develop quarterly workshops throughout the region to work together more efficiently and share good practice between clubs. The workshops have already taken place in South Wales, and were a success among members.
The first North Wales workshops will be as follows:
- 7.30pm - 9.00pm Friday 7th March 2014 Glyndwr University, Wrexham LL11 2AW
- 7.30pm - 9.30pm Monday 10th March 2014 Plas Menai Watersports Centre, Felinheli LL55 1UE
The first set of workshops will be focused around the following topics:
- The Go-Ride programme
- Coaching
- Club online management tool
The Club Development Workshops provide an opportunity for club officials, such as Club Coaches, Secretaries and Development Officers to share ideas and develop the club structure in North Wales.
To attend, one club representative should complete the Club Development Workshop Booking Form and return to Ann Williams, North Wales Development Officer by Wednesday 5th March 2014 by email eirwen.williams@welshcycling.co.uk
