Welsh riders excelled at the National Cross Championships in Derby at the weekend, scooping three national titles and a raft of notable performances to mark a successful start to the New Year for Wales.
Ffion James (Junior Women), Megan James (U14 Girls) and Phil Roach (V50+ Men), were all crowned National Champions.
Meanwhile, Dylan Kerfoot-Robson took silver in the Junior Men; Jessica Roberts took bronze in the U16 Girls and Graham Edwards scooped bronze in the V60+ Men.
Tim Davies was fourth in the V45+ Men and Craig Rogers fourth in the U14 Boys. Sol Kerfoot-Robson was fifth in the U14 Boys.
Chairmain of Welsh Cycling, Nick Smith, and Chief Executive Officer, Anne Adams-King, today praised the riders' performances.
