Wales Junior Programme rider Amy Hill held on to the yellow jersey for the third stage and claimed victory at the Junior Women Energiewacht Tour 2013.

The third stage of the Junior Women's Energiewacht headed out from Groningen for a 71.7km circuit. Amy began the day with a 5 second lead over second place Ilse Miltenburg of the Netherlands. The peloton regrouped in the final lap, meaning a bunch finish for the junior women. Floorjte Mackaij won the final stage with Amy Hill 12th.
