The 'Cross in the Park - Round 8 - event of the Welsh Cyclo-Cross League on 18 November will not take take place at Margam Park as the course is no longer available.

Instead, a new event, the Melin Mynach 'Cross, will take place opposite Penyrheol Leisure Centre in Gorseinon (SA4 4FG), enabling riders to continue enoying the league without interruption.

It will be hosted by the newly-formed Gower Riders.

Welsh Cycling and Cyclo-cross Wales has extended thanks to Tim Raine and Ogmore Valley Wheelers for all their hard work over the years promoting cyclo-cross at Margam Park.

The Welsh 'Cross League is proving extremely popular, and thanks goes to Gower Riders for enabling racing to continue as usual.
