Questions on the Minutes, Accounts and Annual Report
In order to ensure a productive AGM, your club is invited to raise any questions on the above and send them via email to anne.adams-king@welshcycling.co.uk by 7pm on Tuesday 3 September 2019. Responses to your questions will be provided at the meeting.
Proposed amendments to motions
There are no motions for the Welsh Cycling AGM, but members will be welcome to discuss with the Board any questions at the conclusion of the AGM.
Nominations for Directors
Welsh Cycling has received five nominations for the two vacant posts of Directors, Please select 2 names from the ones listed.
Nominated Representatives
Nominated Representatives who are not able to attend the AGM are able to vote by proxy, as are clubs who have not submitted their full complement of nominated representatives – see guidelines enclosed.
