SE Regional Track ChampionshipsSussex Cycle Racing League would like to invite all riders living in the South East to the Regional Track Championship being held at Preston Park, Brighton on the 26th September 2009. The Senior race programme will include Sprint, Pursuit, Points and Scratch races with separate categories for Seniors, Juniors and Women.  There is also an Omnium event for Youth A, B and C riders which will include a Time Trial, Points, Keirin and Scratch races.Championship medals will be awarded in all categories and as a Regional C+ event ranking points will also be available.  That makes this a great opportunity to pick up those last few vital points to round off the season. The final Senior event, a 15km Scratch race, will also have a generous prize fund of £100 for the winner, £50 for second and £25 for third.  There will also be a bonus prize of £25 for the rider who wins the most laps.Racing starts at 11 am on the day.  For more information and to download the entry form please visit www.scrl.co.uk.  Pre entry is encouraged as it not only saves you money but will allow you to fast track the signing on process on the day.  All entrants on the line will need to complete the entry form and have it checked before signing on.  Pre-entry closes at midnight Saturday 19th September.Riders who have not experienced the friendly atmosphere of the Sussex League can be assured of the same warm welcome to this event that the league is well known for.  And there will also be the opportunity to sample our legendary refreshments.
