British Cycling has confirmed dates and venues for its track series in 2020.
The forthcoming year will see key changes in the format, with one National Track Series now incorporating sprinters’ and endurance leagues for both men and women.
The 11-date series will begin in April and conclude in November, with five of the dates including both sprinters’ and endurance league events, and all endurance league events to include national series races for men and women.
The previous women’s omnium series will be incorporated into the women’s endurance league, and omniums will be staged in accordance with the current UCI format, taking place over four bunch races and finishing with a points race.
