British Cycling is pleased to confirm that this weekend’s TISSOT UCI Track Cycling World Cup in London will be available to view in its entirety across BBC platforms.

The world’s best riders are set to compete on the boards at the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark between Friday and Sunday, with Tokyo 2020 qualifying points and world cup honours on the line.

Sunday’s final session (session six) will be live on BBC 2 (2:30-6pm), while the evening sessions on Friday (session two) and Saturday (session four) will be available via the red button. Session two – Friday evening 6.30pm-10pm; session four – Saturday evening 6.30pm-10pm; and session six – Sunday afternoon 3pm-6pm will be streamed live via the BBC Sport website.

The full race schedule is available here.

The event – the fourth round of this season’s world cup series – is set to be historic, with para-cycling events taking place as part of a world cup schedule for the first time.

British Cycling’s Commercial Director, Jonathan Rigby, said:

“The iconic venue, strong field of riders and the landmark introduction of para-cycling events for the first time mean that this weekend’s TISSOT UCI Track Cycling World Cup is going to be an incredible spectacle.

“This has been reflected in the interest in the event among fans, and we’re delighted that there will be extensive coverage on the BBC to enable those who can’t attend to follow the action.”

The BBC coverage will be presented by Jill Douglas and Sir Chris Hoy, with Simon Brotherton on commentary duty.

The Great Britain Cycling Team squad for the event was announced last week, and Britain’s finest will be joined by a host of Olympic, world and continental champions from across the globe.

Session four is now completely sold out, but a limited number of tickets remain for other sessions. These can be purchased here.
