The British Cycling National Madison Championships will take place as part of the first round of the 2014-15 Revolution Series at the Lee Valley VeloPark on 24 October.

It will be the first time the madison championships has been hosted in London and the race will form part of a packed weekend of world-class racing which will also include the youth national madison championships.

The elite men’s event is scheduled as part of the Friday evening session on 24 October with male and female youth madison title races taking place in the afternoon session on Saturday 25 October.

The provisional race programme for the full weekend has been published by Revolution organisers and features a UCI Elite Women’s Omnium, which will see Laura Trott go head to head with Marianne Vos across all three sessions of racing – view the full race programme here.

Registration is now open for the Senior and Youth Madison Championships on the British Cycling website

Tickets can be purchased for round one in London and the remaining rounds in Manchester and Glasgow at the Revolution Series website.
