The third edition of the popular Malvern Views Sportive will take place on Sunday 18 May 2014. It will follow last year’s rural route through the rolling countryside of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

New for 2014: there will be the addition of a short route of 65km/40 miles as well as the original longer “Challenge” ride (100km / 65 miles).

Both routes will be challenging with around 1400 metres of climbing over the 100km route and about half that on the Short option, which will follow the longer ride until it cuts through at Wellington Heath until it re-joins the longer route following this back to the HQ at Newent.

There will, of course, be a well-stocked feed-station at Village Halls on both routes, where riders can re-fuel and re-hydrate, before continuing to the finish.

Having the option of two distances caters for a wide variety of fitness levels as well as giving the novice sportive rider a good opportunity to participate.All participants will receive an event memento for their achievement.
