Event: 14 June 2014

For 2014 ITP Events aremaking sure riders of all abilities and experience are catered for. We have some new and friendly events with additional shorter distances on all events.

The St Barnabas Grimsthorpe Challenge on Saturday 14 June 2014 starts and finishes in front of the impressive 16th century Grimsthorpe Castle in south Lincolnshire, with the first five miles of all routes on a traffic-free tarmac trail through the historic grounds and woodlands of the Grimsthorpe Estate.

After that the on-road routes are not much busier as you turn to the north of the Estate onto the quiet lanes of South Lincolnshire before turning south to head for the more challenging Rutland and Leicestershire roads.

There are three routes to choose from, 115 miles, 76 miles and 55 miles, with the longest route also being hillier.

There are three feeds on the longest route, two on the medium route and one on the shortest. Post event food will be provided as part of the entry fee.
