Mass Start Advice


British Cycling members can also access advice on getting clipped in. If you’re new to cycling, haven’t ridden a bike for a while or even have a new bike that you’re not used to, the simple looking act of getting on and pedaling off can be surprisingly tricky and fraught with potential embarrassment.
