Event: 25 August 2013

Fakenham 50 is a non-competitive Sportive taking place on August 25. This inclusive ride hopes to encourage local people to give it a go as well as catering for more experienced cyclists.

Leaving from the Community Centre and Garden the circuits go through quiet country lanes with gentle slopes.

Organiser Richard Crook is working with, Active Fakenham, the local club East Coast Riders and Trevor Brown who runs the Thirteen3 mountain bike team to deliver this ride through some beautiful North Norfolk countryside.

The four rides range from 13 to 70 miles and start between 9am and 11.30am. There will be technical support; a rescue service, British Cycling personal liability insurance, refreshment stops, signage, and a post ride event with food, music, a Suretrax, inflatableand bar. Each rider will receive a pack and will be entered into a raffle on the day for a £200 mountain bike.
