A weekend away for £28 – really? Yes - but be quick because entries close on April 23!
In addition to two new sportives, ‘The Devon Weekend’ will provide a great opportunity for clubs to develop less experienced talent and build team cohesion in the stunningly beautiful environment of Mid-Devon, during the weekend 17-19 May.
The two new sportives we offer, aptly named the Scorpion and the Devon Dipper, will both run on Sunday 19 May, over 30 and 60 miles respectively. Entrance to either of the sportives will open the doors to free swimming, fishing…as a part of the one-day-inclusive-leisure-complex-membership, where the start and finish of the sportives take place. The sportive cost is £28.
In an effort to overcome the cost of accommodation for larger groups, organisers have teamed up with Yeatheridge Farm leisure complex to provide an exceptionally cheap and affordable accommodation package. Anyone participating in one of the sportives can add the leisure complex accommodation package for £28. It offers: six people, a participant plus five others (riders or non-riders) a 10M by 10M pitch with electricity for three days and includes three day leisure complex membership for all six people. If you don’t need electricity you can redeem from reception a £4 on-site voucher!
Saturday could be used to visit local attractions, work on riding skills or perhaps take a look at some of the other excellent and longer sportive routes in Devon, such as the Dartmoor Classic, Exmoor Beast or Moor 2 Sea.
When the day's activities are over you can gather together in the bar or discuss the day’s events over a meal in the fully licensed restaurant. Table tennis, a pool table, horse riding… are also available on site and might help with the team building.

Single Day
1 rider participates in either sportive; 1 dayleisure complex membership included = £28

Leisure complex accommodation package =£28 (No more than 6 occupants)

3 riders each participate in one sportive = 3 X £28 = £84
Leisure complex accommodation package =£28 (3 riders + 1- 3 non-riders)
