Event: 1 June 2013
Location: The Memorial Stadium Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol

If you’re after a challenge this year, why not dedicate your time, energy and efforts to those who may not believe they have a future; who are rarely given a reason to believe in change or for varied reasons fall into a downward spiral of poor life choices, where opportunities seem scarce and the motivation to choose a different path is lacking.

Bristol Rugby Community Foundation is challenging you to cycle 101 miles, raising money for some of the region's most disadvantaged and disaffected young people; creating opportunity, giving hope, providing role models and a reason to believe that they can change their path with some positive life choices, commitment and determination.

What to do next:

With the aid of the dedicated Bristol Rugby Community Foundation Fundraising Team, you’ll sign up to the 101 mile challenge in June, riding with a team of your choice, raising much needed funds, so that Bristol Rugby Community Foundation can change lives through the power of sport.

We’ll help you to train, to fundraise, to meet new people and break down physical and mental barriers. Whether you’re an amateur who is just about to buy their first bike, or a Sir Bradley Wiggin’s closest rival, then there’s a place for you.

In its 3rd year, the Break The Cycle event is aiming to get 400 riders together and we need your help to either cycle, tell your friends, or donate… please sign up on the British Cycling website here or contact Louise on louiselawton@live.co.uk / 07779112554 – and join us for a fun, challenging and rewarding day!
