It may only be four days into the New Year but sportive event organiser Kilo To Go is ahead of the game in terms of preparation for 2012.

Flagship events of the Cheshire Cat and the Tour of the Peak are filling up fast, while Kilo To Go’s new, free-to-enter ‘Rideouts’ aim to give sportivers some great early season riding.

Kilo To Go Rideouts

Based on the success of the free-to-ride ‘Taste the Tor’ event that has run for a couple of years in Bodmin, Kilo To Go has extended the number of these events and called them ‘Rideouts’. These rideouts come in 3 different flavours: reliability trial, club run and beginner. To find out more information and to enter for free: go to www.kilotogo.com

Wiggle Cheshire Cat 2012

Wiggle Tour of the Peak 2012

With an additional shorter route this year, Wiggle Tour of the Peak 2012 is filling up quick. This new 50 mile route knocks 20 miles off the medium route, reduces the total ascent to just 1,800m BUT still includes the iconic climbs up the Cat & Fiddle and Winnats Pass. This event has a limit of 1,000 riders. For more information, go to www.kilotogo.com
